Terms of Use
What this website is, what it isn’t, and the ground rules for using it. The short answer: the site is here to inform you. Your actual project is governed by a signed proposal, not a web page.
Last updated: August 30, 2026
The short version
This website is for information. Prices and timelines shown anywhere on it are illustrative, not offers. Your project is defined by the written proposal you sign. Product, code, and approval details are kept as accurate as we can, but the manufacturer’s documentation and the current Florida Building Code always govern. Use the site reasonably and don’t copy our content. Florida law applies.
These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Robson Industrial Group LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
About this website
This site exists to explain what we do, how we do it, and the conditions we work in: HVHZ requirements, permits, materials, and process. It is general information, not professional, legal, or engineering advice for your specific property, and it is not an offer to enter into a contract.
Estimates and pricing
Any cost figures, ranges, or timelines anywhere on this site are illustrative and for general guidance only. Roofing and impact-product pricing depends on the specific property: size, slope, access, deck condition, the system selected, code requirements, and current material costs. A binding price exists only in a written proposal we provide after inspecting your property, and a project begins only when that proposal is signed. We don’t consider anything on this website a quote, and you shouldn’t either.
Product, code, and approval information
We describe manufacturers, materials, Florida Product Approvals, Miami-Dade Notices of Acceptance (NOAs), and building-code requirements to help you understand the work. We make a genuine effort to keep this current, but:
- product approvals, NOA numbers, and code provisions change, and they belong to the manufacturers and the authorities that issue them — not to us;
- the current Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade product-control records are the authority, not this website; and
- the products and approvals that apply to your job are the ones named on your proposal and your permit documents.
If a detail matters to your decision, verify it against the manufacturer’s current documentation or ask us to confirm it in writing for your specific project.
Licensing and insurance
Robson Industrial Group operates as a Florida contractor under qualifier Francisco Rijo. Our state certification numbers (CGC and CCC) are published on the site and are verifiable directly with the Florida DBPR. We carry general liability insurance. You are always entitled to verify a Florida contractor’s license and a company’s standing through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and the Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz). We encourage it.
Reviews and testimonials
Any reviews we reference are genuine and live on Google, outside our control. We don’t pay for reviews, gate them, or write them ourselves. We don’t display a star average on the site until there is a real body of reviews behind it.
Our content
The text, layout, brand name, logo, and other materials on this site belong to Robson Industrial Group LLC and are protected by law. You may view and share links to our pages, but please don’t copy, republish, or reuse our content or brand for your own commercial purposes without our permission.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to manufacturers, code authorities, or government resources so you can read the primary source. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content. A link isn’t an endorsement of everything on the other end.
The website itself
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” We don’t guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or completely up to date. This is separate from the workmanship warranty on our actual work and the manufacturer warranties on materials. Those are real and are documented on your proposal and warranty paperwork, not here.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Robson Industrial Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your reliance on general information published on it. This does not limit any rights you have under a signed contract with us or under Florida law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

Robson CRM — End-User License Agreement
Robson Industrial Group LLC · Last updated August 30, 2026 · Versión en español
The agreement below applies only to authorized users of Robson CRM, our internal business application. It does not apply to visitors of this website or to our customers, who do not receive accounts.
Why this is short. Robson CRM is not sold, not distributed, and not available to anyone outside the company. It is an internal tool behind a company sign-in that connects to exactly one QuickBooks company: Robson’s own. This is a statement of who may use it and on what terms, not a consumer software licence.
1. What this covers
This agreement governs use of Robson CRM (the “Application”), the internal business application operated by Robson Industrial Group LLC (“Robson,” “we,” “us”) at crm.robsonindustrial.com.
The Application is used by Robson’s own staff and authorized contractors to manage leads, customers, jobs, proposals, the dump-trailer service, and related business records, and to create and send invoices through Robson’s QuickBooks Online account.
2. Who may use it
Use is limited to individuals Robson has expressly authorized: employees and contractors with an active account, signing in through Robson’s identity provider. The Application is not offered to the public, not sold, and not licensed to any third party. Customers of Robson do not receive accounts and do not use the Application.
3. Licence
Robson grants each authorized user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Application solely to perform work for Robson, for as long as that authorization lasts.
4. What you may not do
You may not:
- share your sign-in credentials, or let anyone else use your account;
- use the Application, or anything you access through it, for any purpose other than Robson’s business;
- copy, export, publish, or take with you any customer list, pricing, cost, margin, financial record, or other business information obtained through it, except as your work requires;
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Application; or
- attempt to reach data or functions your role does not grant you.
Cost and margin information is restricted by role inside the Application. Attempting to circumvent that restriction is a breach of this agreement.
5. Ownership
The Application, its source code, and its design are owned by Robson. The business records inside it (customers, jobs, proposals, invoices) are Robson’s property and, where they contain personal information, are handled per the privacy notice referenced in section 8. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything to a user.
6. QuickBooks
The Application connects to Robson’s own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s authorized API. It does not connect to any QuickBooks company Robson does not own, and it does not make QuickBooks data available to anyone outside Robson. Intuit is not a party to this agreement and makes no warranty about the Application.
7. No warranty
The Application is provided to users as is, without warranty of any kind. Nothing in this section limits any right a user has under Florida employment law.
8. Privacy
Personal information handled by the Application is covered by Robson’s privacy notice at www.robsonindustrial.com/privacy/, including the section describing the QuickBooks connection.
9. Termination
Access ends automatically when a user’s employment or engagement with Robson ends, and may be revoked by Robson at any time for any reason. Sections 4, 5, and 7 survive termination.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for any dispute is Miami-Dade County, Florida.
