Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to give you an estimate and do the work, we tell you plainly what that is, and we don’t sell your information.
Last updated: August 28, 2026
The short version
When you contact us, we keep what you send (name, contact details, your address, and what you tell us about the project) so we can respond and prepare an estimate. Our website also uses Google Analytics to see which pages people find useful. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. You can ask us at any time what we hold and tell us to delete it. We also share a coded version of your email and/or phone with Google and Meta so we can tell which ads actually work. They can match it back to you, and you can tell us to stop any time. See “How we measure our advertising” below.
This policy explains what information Robson Industrial Group LLC (“Robson,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website and how we use it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
Information you give us
When you submit our estimate form, call, email, or message us, you choose what to share. Typically that includes your name, phone number, email, the property address or city, and details about the work: the service you want, property type, timeline, whether an insurance claim is involved, and any notes you add. You only give us what you decide to give us; if you’d rather discuss something by phone, that’s fine.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some technical information when you visit: your approximate location, the type of device and browser you use, which pages you view, and how you arrived (for example, from a Google search). We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for this. It helps us understand which pages (say, the roofing or impact-window pages) are actually useful, so we can improve them. We look at this as trends and totals, not to identify you by name. Separately, when you submit a form, we share a coded version of your contact details with Google and Meta for advertising measurement — see “How we measure our advertising” below.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to:
- respond to your message and answer your questions;
- schedule an inspection and prepare an estimate;
- follow up about that estimate or an active project;
- keep records for permitting, warranty, and insurance documentation; and
- improve the website and the information on it.
We do not use your information for anything you didn’t reasonably contact us about.
Telephone & Text Communications (TCPA)
By submitting a form or otherwise contacting us, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls and/or text messages from Robson Industrial Group LLC at the phone number you provide, including calls and messages made using automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages, for the purpose of following up on your service inquiry. You are not required to provide this consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Standard message and data rates may apply. This consent applies even if your number is registered on a state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by calling (954) 546-4161 and asking to be removed from our contact list. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your estimate or your project in any way.
Who we share it with
We share information in two ways: with service providers that help us run the business, and, for advertising measurement only, with Google and Meta, which are not our service providers and use the data under their own terms. Here is the full list:
- Our CRM (Robson CRM, hosted on Cloudflare, United States). When you submit the estimate form, the details are sent to our customer-management system so the right person can follow up. They are stored there as a lead/contact record, along with any project photos or documents, in Cloudflare’s file storage (R2).
- Our website host (SiteGround). The form submission passes through our own server on the website’s host before reaching our CRM.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. For the website-usage data described above.
- Google LLC (Google Ads) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). A coded (hashed) version of your email and/or phone, used only to measure which ads produce real inquiries. These two are not service providers working under our instructions — once they receive this, they use it under their own privacy policies. See “How we measure our advertising” below, including how to opt out.
- Third-party financing partners (such as Ygrene PACE) — only if you ask us about financing and agree to be connected. Robson does not lend directly and does not share your information with a financing partner without your request.
- Permitting, manufacturers, and insurers — only when a project requires it, and only the information needed (for example, a property address on a permit application).
We don’t sell your information for money, and we don’t hand it to other companies so they can market their own products to you. There is one thing some privacy laws would still call a “sale”: we share a coded version of your email or phone with Google and Meta so we can measure our ads. See “How we measure our advertising” below for exactly what that means and how to stop it. Outside of that and the service providers above, we only disclose your information if the law requires it (for example, a valid legal request) or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
How we measure our advertising (Google and Meta)
We advertise on Google and on Facebook and Instagram. To find out which ads actually produce real inquiries, we share a coded (hashed) version of the email address and/or phone number you submit on our forms with Google LLC (for Google Ads) and with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). Coding it this way means we do not send your email address or phone number as readable text. That is all it means: it is not encryption, and it does not make you anonymous.
These companies can identify you from it. Google and Meta compare the coded value against their own records. If you have a Google, Facebook, or Instagram account, they almost certainly already have your email address and phone number, so the match tells them that you, the specific person, submitted our form. We are not claiming this data is anonymous.
It is sent from our systems, not just your browser. As of this update, the Meta Pixel already sends this to Meta automatically. We are also turning on the same kind of sharing with Google Ads. Some of it comes from tags on this website; some is sent directly from our own servers to Google’s and Meta’s systems. Blocking cookies, using an ad blocker, or turning on a browser privacy setting will not stop the server-to-server part.
What they do with it. We send it so we can measure which ads work. Google and Meta also use this conversion data to help decide who sees our ads and what we pay for them. Once it reaches those companies, their use of it is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy. We do not send it to any other advertiser and we do not use it to advertise anyone else’s business.
How to opt out. Email sales@robsonindustrial.com or call (954) 546-4161 and ask to be excluded from advertising measurement.
- We add you to our do-not-share list within 10 business days. After that we stop sending your email address and phone number to Google and Meta for this purpose.
- To do that, we have to keep a record of the email address or phone number you want excluded — that is the only way a suppression list can work.
- We cannot pull back information already sent, and this does not delete anything Google or Meta already hold. For that, use Google’s My Ad Center and Meta’s Ad Preferences — those control how those companies use your data, but they do not stop them from receiving it.
- Opting out has no effect on your estimate, your pricing, or your project. You get the same service either way.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies, primarily through Google Analytics, to remember basic preferences and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. You can also install Google’s official browser opt-out add-on to stop Analytics from measuring your visits. Browser controls like these (including “Do Not Track” signals) only affect what your browser sends. They do not stop the server-to-server ad measurement described above under “How we measure our advertising.” To stop that, contact us directly.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and project records for as long as we have an active relationship with you and afterward for as long as we reasonably need them: for warranty, tax, permitting, and legal reasons. Website analytics data is retained on a rolling basis under our Google Analytics settings. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see below.
Your choices
You can:
- ask us what personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it if it’s wrong;
- ask us to delete it (we’ll do so unless we’re required to keep it); and
- ask us to stop contacting you.
Just email sales@robsonindustrial.com or call (954) 546-4161.
Children’s privacy
This site is meant for property owners and is not directed to children under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll remove it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No website or system is perfectly secure, though, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. For anything sensitive, calling us is always an option.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
