The Whole Assembly, Not Just the Glass
An impact window is a system: laminated glass with a tough interlayer, a frame engineered for hurricane wind pressure, and an anchoring pattern that ties the whole thing into your wall. Take any one of those away and the rating means nothing.
That is why installation matters as much as the product. We install to the exact NOA specification: the anchors, embedment depth, and spacing the approval requires for your substrate. The county inspects it. The result protects every opening continuously, cuts outside noise, blocks essentially all UV, and adds real day-to-day security against break-ins.
We install PGT WinGuard, the premium PGT WinDoor line, locally built ECO Window Systems, and ES Windows, matched to your openings and budget, never to whatever carries the highest margin.

NOA & Florida Product Approval — how to verify what you're buying
In the High Velocity Hurricane Zone, an impact window is only as good as its approval paperwork. Two things have to be true: the product carries a current Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) or Florida Product Approval, and it is installed exactly the way that approval specifies: the right anchors, the right embedment, the right spacing into the right substrate.
Every window we install is rated for Large Missile Impact (the nine-pound 2x4 fired at 34 mph, then cyclic wind-pressure loading). We put the approval numbers on the permit application, and the county inspects the installation. If a quote you are comparing does not name a specific approved product line and its NOA, you cannot verify what you are actually buying. Ask for it.
Approved Impact Window Lines
All carry current Large Missile Impact approvals. The right one depends on your opening sizes, design-pressure requirements, and frame-material preference.
| Manufacturer | Frame | Where it fits |
|---|---|---|
| PGT WinGuard | Vinyl & aluminum | The most widely specified impact line in South Florida; broad NOA coverage across window types and sizes. |
| PGT WinDoor | Aluminum, premium | Architectural-grade frames for larger openings and higher design-pressure ratings; the premium end of the PGT family. |
| ECO Window Systems | Aluminum & vinyl | Manufactured in Medley, FL; strong NOA range and short lead times because the plant is local. |
| ES Windows | Aluminum | Large-missile-rated aluminum systems; a common value-engineered choice on whole-house jobs. |

Measure & assess
We measure every opening, check the substrate and existing framing, and confirm which approved lines fit your design-pressure requirements.
Scope & estimate
A line-item estimate naming the product line and its NOA. You see exactly what's going in each opening.
Permit & order
We file the permit with approval numbers on the application and order your custom-sized units. This is the long pole on schedule.
Remove & install
Old windows out, new units anchored to NOA spec, sealed and flashed. Opening by opening, kept weather-tight as we go.
Stucco & trim
We restore the stucco, trim, and interior finish around each opening so it looks finished, not patched.
Inspect & close out
County inspection, then a documented closeout: product approvals, photos, and your NOA paperwork for the wind mitigation inspector.

What happens after you hit send
- We call you back. Someone from our office — not a subcontractor, not a call center — calls to confirm the details and, if you picked a date, whether that slot is open.
- We come out and look. The estimate is free and there is no obligation. We walk the roof or the openings, photograph what we find, and tell you honestly whether you need a repair or a replacement.
- You get it in writing. A written, itemized price. Permits, Miami-Dade NOA product approvals and HVHZ code compliance are included in it, never added on afterwards.
What our customers actually said
Verbatim from our Google Business Profile
Our new metal roof looks so sleek I keep walking outside just to look at it. Francisco and his crew knocked it out fast and i’m impressed with the result!
I was worried the paperwork would be a nightmare but they walked us through it step by step. … They replaced some rotten wood underneath and still finished on time. I feel much safer in the house now.
Our building needed a full flat roof replacement and the whole process went smoother than expected. Frank was great, crew was hard-working, kept the site tidy, and communication was clear from start to finish.
