We don’t post a star average on this page yet. A handful of reviews can be made to look like anything; an average only means something once there’s a real body of them behind it. So until we’ve genuinely earned that, read them straight from the source rather than taking our word for a number.
How we think about reviews
Google tightened its review rules in 2026, and the FTC treats fake or incentivized reviews as a real violation. Good. We already worked this way. We don’t offer discounts or gift cards for reviews, we don’t ask you to mention a specific staff member, and we don’t screen people first to send only the happy ones to Google. We ask every customer the same simple thing: if we did right by you, a few honest words on Google help the next homeowner more than any ad we could buy.
