Florida Statute 489.113(3) requires a general contractor to either hold a separate state certificate for roofing, mechanical, and plumbing work, or subcontract each trade to someone who does. Most GCs subcontract two of the three, sometimes all three, which means the roofer, the A/C tie-in, and the drain relocation on your job can each be a different license you never checked. Every product we install carries a current Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) or Florida Product Approval for the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, and we put those numbers in your file.
