A Kendall contractor that documents everything
A contractor’s licence number is the only claim on this page you do not have to take our word for. Ours is CGC1541144, the qualifier is Francisco Rijo, and you can pull it up on the state’s own site before you call us. Everything else here is about how we work: roofing, impact windows and impact doors across Miami-Dade and Broward since 2015, permitted and inspected, because in the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone the shortcuts show up in the first real storm.

What “Excellence That Endures” actually means
Every exterior contractor’s site says the same five things, so here is how we think instead. In Miami-Dade a roof is not a cosmetic upgrade. It is the part of the house rated for 175 mph design wind and wind-driven rain, and the paperwork behind it is what proves the rating was real.
The honest version of our pitch is that we turn things down. If a repair will hold we say repair, and we show you the photos the inspection produced rather than the ones that would scare you. That costs us a sale some weeks. It is also why the same property managers keep calling, which is the only marketing that has ever actually worked for us.
How we keep ourselves honest
- Drone-assisted inspections. We document the existing condition from the air and up close, so the scope is based on what’s actually on your roof — and you get the photos.
- Real product approvals. We install systems with current Miami-Dade Notices of Acceptance and Florida Product Approvals, and we’ll show you the numbers.
- Permits and inspections, in writing. Deck nailing, dry-in, in-progress, and final — the gates exist to protect you. We schedule them and hand you the closed permit.
Three things, done properly
We keep a tight scope on purpose. We’d rather be genuinely excellent at roofing and impact protection than mediocre at ten trades.
Residential & commercial roofing
Repair, replacement, and full systems: shingle (GAF, TAMKO), tile (Westlake Royal), and Englert standing-seam metal. Commercial TPO, mod-bit, BUR, and metal.

Entry, sliding-glass, and French doors as a complete assembly: multi-point locking, NOA-backed glazing, HOA-friendly finishes.

We don’t do gutters yet. That’s a service we’re building out. Same with insulation and A/C. Solar we do offer today, as a licensed general contractor, on roofing and re-roof projects. Our own state solar contractor licence is CVC57345, so the solar permits run under our licence with no subcontractor. When we launch a service, we launch it properly with crew, materials, pricing, warranty, and process documented. We don’t sell what we can’t deliver.
Local, accountable, and the same name on every job
Robson is led by founder and qualifier Francisco Rijo, and in this trade the qualifier is not a title. It is the licensed person who is personally accountable for the work meeting code. There is no franchise layer between you and the person whose licence is on the line.
We started in 2015 and restructured as a Florida LLC in 2025. The goal has not moved: be the contractor Kendall homeowners and HOA boards actually trust, the one that answers the phone and gets the boring parts right. Permits, inspections, closeout documents. Those are the parts that matter three years later when you sell the house.
