- We come out and look. The estimate is free and there is no obligation. We walk the roof or the openings, photograph what we find, and tell you honestly whether you need a repair or a replacement.
- You get it in writing. A written, itemized price. Permits, Miami-Dade NOA product approvals and HVHZ code compliance are included in it, never added on afterwards.
Common questions before you book
Is the estimate really free, with no obligation?
Yes. We walk the roof or the openings, photograph what we find, and give you a written itemized price. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe us nothing and nobody will chase you.
Will a salesman try to close me on the spot?
No. A licensed member of our team comes out, not a commissioned closer. There is no “today only” price here: the number we write down is the same number next week.
What if I need to change the date?
Call or text (954) 546-4161 and we will move it. Picking a slot above is a request, not a commitment, and we confirm every appointment with you by phone first.
Do you pull the permit, or is that on me?
We pull it. Permits, Miami-Dade NOA product approvals and HVHZ code compliance are included in the price, never added on afterwards, and you keep the closed-out inspection record.
How do I know you are actually licensed?
CGC1541144 (general contractor) and CCC1337790 (roofing) are both active and verifiable at myfloridalicense.com. Ask any contractor for those numbers before you let them on your roof.
